Computers & Internet Policy
Electronic communication at Glenroy Private is a privilege that comes with responsibilities. It is used to enhance learning by providing students access to information and communication tools through the internet and intranet. The school integrates this into its Learning Technologies program to support education and research.
Students are expected to use these resources appropriately and report any misuse, including inappropriate or offensive content. The policy emphasizes the importance of ethical behavior online and encourages families to discuss internet safety and critical thinking with students. The school manages electronic communication through this policy, which outlines clear guidelines for responsible use.
Sun Safety Policy
At Glenroy Private, we have a responsibility to provide a safe environment for students and staff, and this responsibility includes the provision of protection from sun throughout the year. Over exposure to the sun presents a serious health risk.
